Now we know why 80% Indians live with Rs. 20 per day. Shouldn\'t the major part of the billion dollars have been spent on education and upkeep of the poor?

there shud b a political revolution and the whole system shud change.Minimum qualification for contesting in election shud b fixed as a pass in X standard exam.Age limit of politicians shud b fixed as 65 years beyond which they hv to step down.All the 3 organs of democracy shud hv balanced powers to prevent any form of bias. Caste shud b removed from all applications and all castes shud b equally treated with merit as the yardstick. Party logic shud go to pave way for any good citizen to contest & assume power.E-governance shud b brought in all areas to combat corruption.Complaints shud b encouraged & shud b resolved by a top most officer & published for the benefit of all.
