Bhopal Gas Incident in 1984 and Rajiv Gandhi's role
Must Read to know how corrupt Congress(I) misgoverns. And BJP is no better.Who was the Chief Minister in Madhya Pradesh when the Bhopal gas Incident took place and over 15000 Indians dies in minutes, leave alone the subsequent sufferers? Mr Anderson of the factory was transported in District Magistrate's car to the plane to be transported to New Delhi. The pilot who flew him to Delhi says he was told to do so by the then Chief Minister. The public must ensure that the descendants of that Chief Minister are continuously elected to govern them so that corruption in India continues. Incidently, who was that generous (to Americans) Chief Minister
What happened in New Delhi? Anderson could almost immediately fly out of India to America. The police was directed, like in Bhopal, to provide full protection to Anderson. Who was the Prime Minister at that time? The public, in this case too, must ensure that the descendants of that Prime Minister are continuously elected to govern them so that corruption in India continues as it has been doing so for almost 1000 years.
How much money was passed on to the ruling party in Madhya Pradesh and at the Center? It appears the relatives of the politicians and beaureucrats are well looked after by US companies at the directive of the US Government; in return these governing elements ensure bright future of their relatives in US. And the US Government is easily able to twist arms of the Indian Governments. A simple question - How many of their direct relatives are in the Indian Armed Forces? Hardly any. They are born to be corrupt and not die for the country.
Some Background in Government Role helping Anderson
A former CBI official , B R Lall, told the media that he was forced by external affairs ministry officials not to follow up the extradition of Warren Anderson. “The CBI investigation was influenced and commanded by some officials, as a result justice in the Bhopal Gas leakage case got delayed, hence, denied,” said Mr Lall.
Claiming that CBI was an "under command" organisation, Mr Lall said: "We need to make it free from government control to ensure transparency and fair probe. In other countries, all chief investigating agencies have been given autonomy by keeping it out of the control of the judiciary, bureaucracy and executive powers."
On his part, Mr Ahmadi defended his verdict saying that he did not commit any mistake. "I don’t think I made any mistake. If I had made a mistake with the judgement there was ample time to get it reviewed, 1996 till now is a lot of time. CBI could have got it reviewed. Why didn’t they? The judgement was correct . This was a mass disaster but the law does not provide for such a disaster . There is no scope for vicarious liability in criminal law," he told a private TV channel.

Filling in some crucial blanks in the Warren Anderson affair after senior Congress leaders made certain references to US pressure and the Centre’s involvement, the only surviving Secretary-level officer from those present at the Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary’s all-critical meeting on December 7, 1984 today confirmed that the orders did come from then Chief Minister Arjun Singh, but added that he was acting at the behest of then Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
R C Jain, who was Agriculture Secretary in the MP government at the time of the gas leak incident, disclosed this while sharing his account for the first time after the controversy erupted afresh following the Bhopal case verdict. He said "Although Mr Arjun Singh had given directions to the Chief Secretary, he was acting under the directions of Rajiv Gandhi who, in turn, was under pressure from the highest levels in the US government....."
